  Late Bookings/Late Fee
  Normally, arrangements for events should be made at least four business days (Monday - Friday) before your event. We realize that sometimes last minute arrangements are required. In this case, we will do everything possible to satisfy your needs. Because of last minute changes, in work schedules, etc., a $30 late fee will be charged. We will try to accommodate your staff/services request choices, but alternatives may be necessary. If we are unable to provide the service needed, an optional, approved contractor caterer, staff may be utilized.
