Pictures is ready to jump on the simian bandwagon with a primate of its
own: Curious George.
Universal is teaming up with Ron Howard and Brian Grazer's production
company, Imagine Entertainment, to bring the classic children's book
character (and raver T-shirt fave) to the big screen.
Curious George: The Movie had been in development as a live-action
film, but, thanks to the monster haul of Dreamworks' Shrek,
Curious George's cinematic debut will be completely computer-generated. |
