RESERVATIONS

We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance. This will ensure availability and allow ample time for your order to be delivered or picked up. Rental rates are charged based on the contract dates, whether the equipment was used or not. Please review your order prior to delivery; you may revise your order up to the day we confirm it with you prior to delivery.

PAYMENT

Full payment for all rental equipment, and any other services, is due in advance of the receipt of your equipment. Credit will only be extended to pre-approved accounts.

DELIVERY

Delivery service is available for an additional charge. Items ready for pick up should be sorted and available to our drivers. Extra charges may be assessed for high-rise buildings or other labor intensive deliveries. Sunday, holiday or after hours pickups incur an additional service charge.

PICKUP

All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in the delivery containers. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates that are NOT returned. All breakage and loss charges are in addition to rental charges. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Do NOT put linens in plastic bags. Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pickup. Wax must be removed from candelabras.

SET UP & STRIKE

There is no set up charge for canopies, staging, or flooring. Table/chair set up or strike is available at a reasonable additional cost and should be arranged in advance.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lesser from time of delivery to time of return. Secure equipment from theft when not in use and protect from weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.

DAMAGE WAIVER PLAN

For an additional fee of 10% of the total rental amount, BartenderGirl agree to waive claims for damage to equipment as specified on the back of the Rental Agreement. Damage Waiver does not cover loss or gross negligence.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you place an order with BartenderGirl, that equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand-packed specifically for you. If the order is cancelled with little notice, it is likely that equipment was unavailable to other clients. If an order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery or will call, a cancellation or restocking fee may apply. Special order items will incur a restocking fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
