Cancellation And Deposit
If you cancel or postpone your event, 72 hours prior to the date of the
event, BartenderGirl.Com will charge a cancellation fee. If you
cancel or postpone your event less than 48 hours prior to the date of
the event, you may be responsible for payment in full.
Cancellation Fee is $25.00
(Per bartenders or wait staffs)
Cancellation Fee is $100.00 (Disc jockey)
There are not refunds for
service rendered.

Our Returns Policy
You may return most items (Products) sold by BartenderGirl.Com within 5 days of
delivery for a full refund. No refund on services provided to you.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of
our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however,
if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
contact us).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
