Thank you for considering becoming a contractor for BartenderGirl™. There are three easy steps that you must follow, including filling out our contractor application form.

Remember that you must COMPLETE our orientation workshop, interview, and paid-to-work interview. You read that right; we will pay for your time during the work test interview.

The orientation runs all year round, over the Internet.
A 20-minute face-to-face interview using a video conference platform like Skype, Zoom, or Facetime is also required.

Additionally, we conduct a paid-4-hour work test interview after you pass the background check. This is to assess your skills and ensure a good fit for both parties.
