We appreciate your interest in becoming a contractor with BartenderGirl™. To join us, you need to complete three simple steps, beginning with our contractor application form.

Please keep in mind that you are required to COMPLETE an orientation workshop, an interview, and a paid work test. That is correct—we compensate you for your time during the work test stage of the interview process.

The three components of the evaluation process include:

An online orientation workshop that is available throughout the entire year.

A mandatory 20-minute face-to-face interview conducted via a video conferencing application such as Zoom, Skype, or Facetime.

A paid, 4-hour work test interview administered once you have successfully passed a background check, allowing us to evaluate your capabilities and ensure mutual compatibility.
